viewing, so the Tuba Government Media Centre urges citizens to immediately delete those photos and videos, and reguested media
organizations to encrypt or remove those media and news reports.

Government also reveal the explode reason:

At March 31 11:17, a robot codename "X.I.M." and the serial located at the button on the lower front of the torso is "ZX724"
exploded in Tech Strip, Cat City, Tuba due to excessive pressure, the source explode body part is his torso.
